What leasing options are available?
We offer 10, 11, 12, 13,14 and 15 months lease terms.
Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
Anyone age 18 and older may apply for an apartment. Co-applicants may be added to a lease term by filling out an application.
Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?
You can request any apartment available to lease and unit can be held up to 2 weeks by paying the application fee and administration fee.
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
Security deposits are required once application has been approved. Security deposits range from $250 up to 1.5x rent deposit. Deposits are refundable after lease has expired and proper notice was given.
Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?
No
Are utilities included?
Utilities are separate from the rental charge.
Is renter's insurance required?
Yes, renters insurance is required.
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
The apartment may not be sub-leased without management approval. The apartment may not be listed on short-term rental platforms such as AirBNB or VRBO.
What are the hours of the clubhouse?
Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm, Saturday from 10am-5pm Only Business Hours
What are the hours for the fitness center?
The fitness center is open 24/7
What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?
Pool is open year-round. Hours of operation are 9am-9pm, closed Monday's for cleaning.
What are the hours for the business center?
Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm, Saturday from 10am-5pm
Is the apartment set up for working remotely?
Yes, all of the apartments have an at&t modem to set up internet service.
Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?
Community is cable/internet ready with AT&T as the preferred provider. Contact information is provided prior to move-in with easy set-up by phone or online options.
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
Community offers parcel lockers with a one-time fee of $35
Are BBQ grills available?
2 gas grills are available within the pool area
Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?
Valet trash is available Sunday through Thursday each week
Do you allow pets?
Pet are allowed. Maximum of 2 pets per home.
What is the parking situation?
All residents and guests vehicles must be registered to park inside the community. Reserved options available.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking, in any form, anywhere inside any of the dwelling units, or inside any buildings within the apartment community, is strictly prohibited.
What schools are in the area?
Gallegos Elementary, Edison Middle School, Austin High School
How far is it to the nearest airport or train station?
Hobby Airport is just 6.1 miles from the community. Houston Train Station is only 0.8 miles from the community.
Are you near any transportation routes? Which ones?
Yes. We are near Magnolia Park Transit Center, Autobuses Americanos, Greyhound, and Metro Rail
How walkable/bikable is the community?
Our community is near park trails and bike trails and walking distance to restaurants and stores.
Are the apartments furnished?
No, our homes are not furnished.
Do the apartments have air conditioning?
Yes, central air conditioning
When were these apartments built? Have there been any renovations?
The apartments were built in 2019. There have not been any renovations.
What type of flooring do the apartments have?
Wood-like flooring throughout.
Is there a bathtub or just a shower?
There are Garden Tubs and Stand-in Showers in most units.
What kind of appliances and features does the kitchen have?
Stainless Steel Refrigerators, Built-in Microwaves, Dishwashers, Glass Top Stove/Oven.
