What are the lease terms?
Magnolia Park Apartments offers flexible lease terms, usually from 9 to 15 months, so you can choose the length that fits your plans. Pricing varies by floor plan, move-in date and lease length. Contact our leasing team for current availability, pricing and any specials.
Are there income or credit requirements?
Yes. Applicants should have a gross monthly household income of at least three times the monthly rent. Every applicant 18 or older must complete a rental application and pass a credit, rental history and criminal background screening. Depending on the screening results, we may ask for an additional deposit. Our leasing team can walk you through the full qualification criteria.
How can I pay rent?
You can pay rent anytime, from anywhere, through our secure online Resident Portal. You can make one-time payments or set up automatic payments so you never miss a due date.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we're a pet-friendly community. Cats and dogs are welcome, with up to two pets per home and a maximum weight of 75 lbs per pet. Aggressive breeds are not permitted. All pets must be registered through PetScreening and PooPrints. Your pets will also love our on-site dog park.
What is the pet deposit or monthly pet rent?
There is a one-time pet fee of $350 per pet and monthly pet rent of $25 per pet, with a two pet maximum. Contact our leasing team for exact pricing for your pet.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Submit a maintenance request anytime through the Resident Portal. Our professional on-site maintenance team will respond quickly. For after-hours emergencies such as flooding, no heat or no air conditioning, call our 24-hour emergency maintenance line.
